Shipping - MALAYSIA ONLY

Delivery will be through local traceable courier service. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery, and 14-20 days for outside KL. Please check your address & contact details are correct before making payment. Free shipping for orders over 300MYR. Flat rate shipping of 15MYR for all other orders.

No Exchanges

Due to the clearance of these goods, we have a no returns or exchange policy, except for manufactures defect, on goods purchased during our "Friends & Family Sale". Please check your order before placing.

Product Casing

All efforts will be made to provide you with the brand specific casing for your product. In the event that the specific brand casing is unavailable we will provide an alternative brand case.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defects need to be communicated to us within 3 days of receiving goods.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
